Stainless steel 304 with Titanium TI316 does not oxidize or rust, which means your cookware will not only last a lifetime, it will also keep its beauty and shine for a lifetime.

 

Your Stainless steel 304 with Titanium TI316 cooking utensils have been manufactured by Health Master factories or any of its affiliates and each piece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is expressly granted in lieu of all other warranties except implied warranties.

 

Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, and without charge. If this product is discontinued, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of or to any part of this product.

 

Scratches, stains, discoloration, damage caused by automatic dishwasher use or damage caused by overheating are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.

 

With the exception of damages resulting from the Health Master’s failure to comply with any local laws, this warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary according to your local laws, All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility. Coverage of your Stainless steel 304 with Titanium TI316 cookware terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the stainless steel cookware. If service becomes necessary, return the product, insurance, and freight or postage prepaid, with a written description of the claimed defect and proof of Cookware purchase from an authorised distributor.
